No, There is no shipping charges within India. However, if the product has been shipped which is undelivered, then product will returned to us. And if you want us to re-ship the product to you, there will be an extra charge of ₹ 200 (for small packages till 1000 Grams) or Rs. 400 (for big packages till 2000 grams), basis your delivery location/city. Depending upon the delivery location/city of the customer it may vary slightly which will be informed to you accordingly.

Unfortunately if you have received an incorrect product we apologize for the same. Post that we will immediately arrange a pick up and re-ship the correct order.
We have a 2 day free basic return/exchange policy from the date of delivery. You should keep the item in original packaging and not use it if you do not like. Any used products will not be taken back.
In order to return the product you can access and fill the easy RETURNS & EXCHANGE REQUEST, mentioned at the bottom of the homepage or alternatively you can also call us on +91-816-935-2474 and our returns team will help you with the procedure to get the items/product back to us. The products can be returned only within 4 days from the from the delivery date. Once we receive the package/items/products, after checking & verifying the same we will exchange the products (if you wish to exchange) or email you the store credit/voucher/gift card to purchase any other product from the website. It takes 7-10 business days to complete the process of refund. Also, the exchange will be done only once against a particular product and after that no exchange or return can be done against the same product.
Shipping charge in any case is non-refundable.
No, we issue Gift Card/Store Credit which can be used for any future purchases. Cash refund is only given (post checking & verification) if the product received is in damaged condition.
If the item is out of stock when you try to order then the website will let you know during order processing. In some cases of error if there is wrong order placed, then you will be informed as soon as possible if the item is out of stock.
Yes you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing your order. We normally ship in stock items the same day. Hence, please inform as soon as possible. If the item is shipped we will not be able to process the cancellation request.

We are based in Mumbai/Thane and any shipments outside India we do not take it back. We can consider exchanging if the customer ships it back, at his own cost. Cost of reverse shipment will not be beared by the company.
All our products are authentic and sourced directly from the weavers/manufacturers/authorized vendors. In case you received a damaged product we will give full refund after the genuineness of the refund claim against receiving the damaged product. There is no extra warranty associated with the products. If there is any it will be mentioned on the product page.
