Payment via direct bank account transfer must be paid within 3 days upon order placement. Once paid, you can inform customer service with payment details, so that we can ship your order.
We have taken several steps to ensure that payments made on TrendOye are safe and secure. At no point will anyone from TrendOye ask you to share your Credit Card, Bank Account or TrendOye My Account details via email or call. We request that you do not share these details with anyone under any circumstances.
Prepaid Payment For Product/s Ordered Equal To Or Above ₹10,000/- :
Any product or the combination of products for which the order value is equal to or above ₹10,000/-, required to be in prepaid.
However, if you have ordered the product out of unawareness of this prepaid policy, and you have missed to make the payment then, after receiving the order our customer service team will contact you to help you on making the payment by sharing the payment link to you. Or as the case may be which will be at the discretion of TrendOye management.
Categories/Products/Gift-Cards Which Are Not Eligible For Payment-On-Delivery Via. Any Mode:
There are few categories/products like Lehenga's & Gift-Cards which is not eligible for Payment-On-Delivery on any mode as of now, and the same needs to be prepaid. In the case of gift-card it is delivered via. e-mail. Also there is no exchange, returns & refunds on Lehenga/Lehenga Choli Set, unless there is any defect.
However, if you have ordered the product and you have missed to make the payment then, after receiving the order our customer service team will contact you to help you on making the payment by sharing the payment link to you.
Un-packing Video Mandatory For All The Products Received In Order To Claim Refund/Exchange:
The video of unpacking of lehenga & all the products is mandatory, without which no refund/exchange claims will be accepted. After unpacking, kindly continue the unpacking video and open the product and take the camera over the entire product from all the sides, need not to be too close to the product else it will be blur, you can maintain a reasonable distance while taking the video in such a manner that the fabric of the product is visible.
In case of any defect, you can notify us during taking the video itself. After taking the video any kind of claim for the reason of defect will not be entertained, and there will be no refunds/exchange.
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY: (USA, UK, CANADA, UAE, AUSTRALIA & OTHER SUB-CONTINENT & COUNTRIES)
For all international orders/shipments, the payment needs to be in PREPAID MODE.
For International orders & shipment from India, we do not pick up in case of any returns. Customer has to return it at his/her own expense. Once we receive the product, after successful checking & verification of the product we will send the store credit voucher to make another purchase. There are no bank/cash/digital payment, refunds against international orders from India. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
