your orders are shipped within 6-7 business/working days
once the order is placed except on weekend or on public holidays &
except bulk made to order products or made to order products. And then
another 7-8 days to get the same delivered, depending upon the delivery location. We deliver to most of the locations across the world.

However as mentioned above, there are certain products which
are bulk fresh made to order, in that case the shipment/dispatch
schedule may get extended, depending upon the product.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE:

We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. The
product which we sell we believe that is the best customer can get at
the price. Our returns and exchage policy is made keeping our valuable
customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it.
However we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as
possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is
necessary to exchange/return the product.

We deliver to most of the locations across the world. All international orders takes approx 8-10 business days to ship. International orders may take 10-15 days to deliver,
after the shipment, depending upon the delivery country and city.

liquid detergent, dry clean or as explicitly mentioned above herein .

Do not wring, do not bleach, iron on reverse side and dry in shade.

Apart from the wash care instructions mentioned on the website, you
can also follow the instructions if any, mentioned on the wash care
label of the outfit.
